OB Holding 1 OÜ toto gaming rules

9.1. Terms used in the rules

9.1.1. Participant (hereinafter “client”) – is a participant in a contract who has entered into betting with the organizer.

9.1.2. Betting - a bet on a game, the outcome of which depends on the occurrence, non-occurrence, or manner of the event predicted by the client, whereas the event for which the client places the bet is beyond the control of the gambling operator, winning depends on the accuracy of the prediction and the amount of the win depends on the size of the bet and the winning coefficient determined before the bet is made (the terms "toto" and "betting" in the Gambling Act).

9.1.3. Totaliser - a bet on a game whose outcome depends on the occurrence, non-occurrence, or manner of the event predicted by the client, whereas the event for which the client places the bet is beyond the control of the gambling operator, winning depends on the accuracy of the prediction and the amount of the win depends on the size of the bet and the percentage of the total amount of bets set by the organizer, the number of those who made a correct prediction and the size of their bets (the terms "toto" and "betting" in the Gambling Act).

9.1.4. Livebet betting - a bet on a live event, on which coefficients are changing in real-time, are offered after the beginning of the game according to the current state of the game.

9.1.5. Betting - a contract concluded between the organizer and the client. In the present case, the content of the contract is the client's betting against the organizer, according to which the losing party must fulfill its obligation to the other party. For the client, this means acknowledging the result of the betting (win or loss) and for the organizer paying out the winnings in accordance with the applicable rules. Betting is concluded upon acceptance of the bet from the client, according to the conditions offered by the organizer.

9.1.6. "Betting ticket" means an official receipt issued on paper, magnetic medium, or another electronic device. The client has the opportunity to place bets online. In this case, the betting ticket is an official receipt, which is stored on the organizer's server.

9.1.7. Bet - an amount of money that is a guarantee for the fulfillment of the client's obligations to the organizer and which is paid by the client to participate in the game by predicting the result of one or a combination of several events.

9.1.8. Result - the result of a sporting or other event for which the organizer offered a winning coefficient and on the basis of which the bet was placed.

9.1.9. Bids - a list of events and the corresponding winning coefficients offered by the organizer for betting.

9.1.10. Events - real-life sports, political, entertainment, and similar events for which the organizer offers coefficients.

9.2. General rules of toto

9.2.1. The organizer accepts bets on various events. All bets are accepted only in accordance with these rules, and participation in the betting is a confirmation that the client has read and fully agrees with these rules.

9.2.2. If there is any ambiguity or misunderstanding regarding the content of the rules as a result of translation into different languages, the Estonian version of the rules shall prevail.

9.2.3. In order to place a bet online, the client must first register an account in the Olybet environment and deposit money into the account. To place a bet, the client must choose the sport he or she is interested in and click on the coefficient of interest. One can bet on one or more events at a time. After selecting the bet, the client must enter the desired amount in the bet line and confirm the ticket. With this activity, the bet is considered concluded. Upon arrival of the game result, the result is registered, and the winnings are paid out to the client's gaming account. All bets will be stored on the organizer's server for at least 7 years from the date of the event. Once a bet has been confirmed, the bet can no longer be changed, adjusted, or canceled. In the event of an internet connection interruption or other technical failure, the bet will not be considered void if it is already registered on the organizer's server. Once the bet has been made, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the client's account. The organizer has numbered and archived each bet, and a printout of the winning bets will be kept in the corresponding document. Bets placed after the start of the event will be refunded at the coefficient of "1" (excluding live bets).

9.2.4. The organizer ensures the confidentiality of clients 'data and protects the security of clients' personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act in force in the Republic of Estonia.

9.2.5. The client is responsible for the correctness and validity of the personal data and contact details (name, personal identification code/date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) provided to the organizer. The organizer has the right to request additional information about the client's account, credit card, bank or e-money account, etc., even after registering the client account, in order to prevent their misuse. If it turns out that the client has opened an account using another person's data, the bets and winnings made by the client will be canceled, the deposit made to the account will be returned, and the account will be closed. The use of strangers' personal data is punishable according to the Penal Code of the Republic of Estonia, and such cases are forwarded to the police for resolution.

9.2.6. An Olybet account is personal, and only its owner has the right to access the account. The organizer is not responsible if the account has been misused by a third party. The client must keep his/her password and username and other security elements used for logging in secret and prevent them from falling into the hands of third parties. The amount of bets made using the correct security features will be debited to the client's account. If the client suspects that his or her username and password or other security features have fallen into the hands of a third party, the client must immediately inform the organizer.

9.2.7. The client may not place bets on behalf of third parties. The organizer has the right to cancel such bets.

9.2.8. Different Olybet account holders from the same household and/or family are not allowed to bet on the same object or use different combinations of the same object for the purpose of disregarding the rules and/or exceeding the bet limits.

9.2.9. Livebet bets will be accepted during the event. This method of betting is only possible in the organizer's online environment. Bets will be accepted from the beginning to the end of the event. All bets placed before the end of the event are valid with the coefficient as they were for the client at the time the bet was placed.

9.2.10. The organizer has the right not to accept the client's contribution, and the accepted contribution may be canceled if it does not comply with the rules or if there is a clear typographical error in the coefficient made by the organizer. In such cases, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the bet even after the result of the event has been confirmed.

9.2.11. Repeated betting on the same game in the same or different combinations to exceed the limits set by the organizer is not allowed. If the client's bet is canceled, the organizer will do its best to inform the client by e-mail of the reason for the cancellation.

9.2.12. The conditions for accepting bets (handicaps, coefficients, total scores, limits on multiple bets, etc.) may be changed after each bet. Previous betting coefficients remain unchanged, except for totalizator type bets. Before placing a bet, the client must make sure that the coefficients are up to date.

9.2.13. The organizer has the right to refuse to accept bets from any person without explaining the reasons, as well as to determine the countries from which clients will not be accepted. The organizer does not accept accounts or offer its services to US residents.

9.2.14. Acceptance of repeated bets on similar results (including one result) may be restricted by the organizer for each client.

9.2.15. The organizer does not accept bets where two or more objects affect each other. Even if the client accidentally makes such a bet, the organizer will still cancel the bet later. In this case, the organizer may cancel the bets even after the result of the game has been registered. By canceling such bets, the organizer will cancel the entire bet, even if part of it is still valid.

9.2.16. The organizer does not allow agreements between players and uses active measures to prevent the use of scripts, robots, or other devices that interfere with normal play. The organizer will not accept bets made if it is probable that the clients will act by mutual agreement or as a syndicate. Upon discovery of such bets, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the respective bets. In this case, a syndicate is also considered to be persons from the same household or group of acquaintances who operate with a very similar betting pattern and who, at short intervals or on a regular basis, bet on similar events or positions.

9.2.17. If the organizer has reasonable grounds to doubt that the gaming account is being used by someone other than the person indicated in the account, the organizer reserves the right to immediately block the account and freeze the funds in it until proven otherwise. In such a situation, the account holder is obliged to communicate directly with the organizer and prove that the bets have been made by him or her personally. Only the account holder can take part in the negotiations on opening a gaming account, returning funds, and other relevant details. The organizer reserves the right to contact the police directly if there is reason to suspect that there may be identity theft.

9.2.18. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any bet from a client who bets on an event to which he/she is involved, regardless of whether the latter is the organizer, participant, judge, coach, etc.

9.2.19. If there is a suspicion that the event has not taken place in accordance with fair play practices, the organizer has the right to withhold all payouts for up to 90 days. If the event has not taken place in accordance with the rules of fair play, the organizer has the right to cancel all bets placed on the game.

9.2.20. The organizer has the right to declare the bets (or part of them) void (payout is made with the coefficient "1") or suspends payouts until the end of the proceedings (incl. court proceedings) in the case of one of the following:

9.2.20.1 There are errors when accepting bets;

9.2.20.2 There is a program failure (obvious data entry errors in the list of offered events, conflicting positional coefficients, unusual and incorrect coefficients, etc.);

9.2.20.3 If the use of unfair practices is detected;

9.2.20.4 Violation of these rules when betting;

9.2.20.5 There are other circumstances that confirm that the bet is incorrect.

9.2.21. It is against the rules to exploit and abuse program or translation errors in the game software provided by the organizer. A player who detects a bug in the gaming software must notify the organizer immediately upon detection of such a bug by contacting [email protected]. If a player exploits and/or abuses a bug, the organizer reserves the right to freeze the player's account, block funds, and cancel bets, even if they have already been decided.

9.2.22. Example 1: A translation error is considered to be the case if one line of the offer reads "Less than 5.5 yellow cards at half time" and the second line of the same offer reads "More than 5.5 corner kicks at half time". In this case, the average person making such bets is able to detect that the number of cards shown in one-half time cannot be as high as 5 or more cards (statistical average depending on the league 1.5-2.5), but the statistical average number of corner kicks in a football game is 5-7. Therefore, the organizer reserves the right to cancel all bets of "Less than 5.5 yellow cards at half time."

9.2.23. Example 2: The coefficient error can be a situation where the widely known favorite has a major unfavorable status according to the coefficients. A typical coefficient error situation in the Estonian Basketball Championship is when the main favorite of the league, Kalev/Cramo, is marked at home with a coefficient of 5, and the visiting team at TUT KK is marked with a coefficient of 1.1. The same applies to exchanged handicaps, totals, double games, etc.

9.2.24. Example 3: The player has received double the winning amount for one bet won or money for a lost bet and tries to make a payout quickly. The right to determine whether there was a manifest error in the program - translation or otherwise - remains with the organizer alone.

9.2.25. The organizer reserves the right to amend these rules, including, but not limited to, to prevent fraud, to clarify the Rules or bring them into compliance with the law, to add or change terms and conditions for products or bonuses, as well as a result of changes in the competition rules by the competition organizers. If such a change significantly restricts or damages the client's rights, the organizer shall notify the client of the changes in advance. The client has the right to refuse to accept the changes, but in this case, the client agrees to close the Olybet account.

9.2.26. If any provision of these rules is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by reason of any law, regulation, regulation, or judgment, the validity of the remaining provisions of these rules shall not be affected.

9.2.27. If the player or account holder is dissatisfied with any organizer’s services related to the games or any applicable rules of the game, the only remedy available to the player or account holder is to stop using the games and close the account.

9.2.28. All complaints and claims concerning bets must be sent to the organizer within 14 days after the start of the specific game. Subsequent claims will not be satisfied. Complaints and claims should be sent to [email protected].

9.3. Technical interpretation

9.3.1. In team fields, the "home" and "away" principles are used. As a rule, the home team is in first place (marked "1" in the bet), and the visiting team is in second place (marked "2" in the bet). If the event takes place in another place, independent of the teams, the organizer will provideadditional information in a separate line (status text).

9.3.2. The "home" and "away" principles do not apply in the following cases:

9.3.2.1 The games take place in one city on a neutral surface (in the case of international competitions);

9.3.2.2 The event is a final of a certain type of cup competition, which consists of one game (meeting);

9.3.2.3 In U.S. sports, the visiting team will appear first and the home team second, based on: "Team 2 @ Team 1". The leagues covered by the exception are the NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, NCAA, AHL, OHL, WHL, and QMJHL.

9.3.3. Only the sporting factors of the competition will be taken into account when deciding on the results of the bets. In the case of social and entertainment events, only their actual results will be taken into account.

9.3.4. These rules may be amended at the initiative of the organizer after agreement with the delegated body. Clients will be notified of the changes with a corresponding notice. Amendments and supplements to the rules shall take effect on the date specified in such notice. Bets accepted from the date indicated will be placed in accordance with the amended rules. The conditions of previous bets remain the same.

9.3.5. In the case of totalizator type betting, the player cannot count on a payout with a fixed coefficient, but the winnings will be paid out in the format of a single prize pool minus the organizer's fee due. The prize pool is a pro-rata payout of the total amount of bets made to all players who have correctly predicted the winner. In case the organizer incurs a loss from the organized totalizator competition due to the bets of the totalizator participants, the costs of organizing the next totalizator will be deducted from the prize pool. The remaining amount will be divided proportionally between the winning clients according to the size of their bets.

9.3.6. In the case of totalizator-type betting, the organizer will charge a fee for the total amount of bets lost, and it may not exceed 50% of the total amount of bets placed.

9.3.7. In the event of a calculation error (technical errors, incorrectly entered results, etc.), in the event of incorrectly calculated bets, the account balance will be updated accordingly. Bets placed between a miscalculation and a conversion (including those made for money earned as a result of an organizer's error) will stand. If none of the events that involved the conversion of the client's bet has started, he or she has the opportunity to refuse the bet by notifying the organizer by e-mail. If the client's account balance is negative after the aforementioned transactions and conversion, he or she must compensate for the missing amount in order to continue playing. Prior to compensation, the organizer will not accept new bets from this client.

9.3.8. The organizer may announce his/her bonus for certain events in advance, adding 1-10% to the winning amounts of the respective events or period. The organizer may announce additional winning opportunities for multiple bets earlier on certain days: if the multiple bet contains at least 6 events and each event has a coefficient of at least 1.6 and if only one event has been lost and the others have been predicted correctly (return of the bet with the coefficient "1" is not considered correct) and the coefficient of the correctly predicted games is not less than described in the conditions, then this multiple bet is not considered lost, and the winnings are paid out with the coefficient "1".

9.3.9. The bonuses mentioned in the previous point for prizes and additional winning opportunities are valid only under the announced conditions.

9.3.10. If for technical reasons (interruption of internet or electricity connection, etc.) the information about the betting does not reach the organizer's server immediately, but with a delay (such as the actual time indicated on the ticket), then it is not considered a ground for canceling the bet.

9.4. Types of betting

9.4.1. The organizer offers the following types of bets: single bet, multiple bet, system bet, and chain bet.

9.4.1.1 Single bet - a bet placed on the outcome of a single event. The winning amount of a single bet is equal to the bet amount multiplied by the winning coefficient.

9.4.1.2 Multiple bet - a bet on the result of several independent events. In a multiple bet, each event and predicted outcome can only be used once, and it cannot involve events that affect each other. A multiple bet is considered winning if all the events in it have been predicted correctly (the results fully match the predictions). If at least one event is predicted incorrectly, the entire multiple bet will be forfeited unless the organizer has previously announced a corresponding additional winning chance. The winning amount of a multiple bet is equal to the amount bet multiplied by the winning coefficients multiplied by all the events involved in the bet. Example: if the multiple bet consists of three coefficients, 1.6, 1.5, and 1.4, and the bet amount is 50 euros, then their multiplication is 3.36. The latter number must be multiplied by the bet amount of 50, which gives the total value of the winning ticket 3.36 x 50 = 168 euros.

9.4.1.3 System bet - is a type of bet that consists of three or more events. The main difference between a system bet and a multiple bet is that by placing a system bet, it is possible to win even if one or more of the games on the bet ticket have been lost. In order to place a system bet, the corresponding box "System bet" (at the top of the ticket) must be selected. The specific type of system bet that can be selected depends on the number of events selected. The more events, the higher number of combinations can be in the system selected.

For example, in the case of a 2/3 system bet, part of the ticket will win even if only two of the three events are correctly predicted. Keep in mind that the potential winning amount displayed indicates the maximum winning that, in this example, will be paid out when all three events are correctly predicted. To win the maximum amount provided in the previous example, all three events must be predicted correctly. Combinations of events (small multi-bets) are formed in the system. The following example illustrates the nature of the system bet: By choosing four different events and a 2/4 system, it is enough to partially win a ticket if you predict 2 events out of four correctly. Let the bet in this example be € 2. The bet amount is equal to the number entered in the "bet amount" line divided by the total number of combinations in the system (in the given example, 6).

This means that the system consists of six double multiple bets:

Chelsea F.C. – Manchester United F.C (W1; 1.5)

FC Barcelona – Juventus F.C (W1; 1.4)

Real Madrid C.F. – Borussia Dortmund (W1; 1.3)

Atletico Madrid – FC Bayern Munich (W1; 1.8)

In this example, the following combinations are formed, between which the total amount of the bet, i.e., € 0.3333 (€ 2/6) per combination, is divided proportionally:

Event Coefficient
Chelsea F.C.& FC Barcelona (1.5x1.4 = 2.1)
Chelsea F.C.& Real Madrid C.F (1.5x1.3 = 1.95)
Chelsea F.C.& Atletico Madrid (1.5x1.8 = 2.7)
FC Barcelona & Real Madrid C.F (1.4x1.3 = 1.82)
FC Barcelona & Atletico Madrid (1.4x1.8 = 2.52)
Real Madrid C.F & Atletico Madrid      (1.3x1.8 = 2.34)

For example, if all four events are correctly predicted on the ticket, then all two doubles of the system will win. The payout per ticket will then be as follows: (2.1 + 1.95 + 2.7 + 1.82 + 2.52 + 2.34) x 0.3333€ = 4.48€.

However, if FC Barcelona and Real Madrid win and Chelsea FC and Atletico Madrid lose their games, the total ticket winning is 1.82 x 0.3333 € = 0.6066 €. According to this system betting principle, a ticket wins in part even if only two of the four events are correctly predicted. The specific winning amount depends on which events (with what coefficient) were predicted correctly.

9.4.1.4 Chain bet - a combination of individual bets that contain independent events. A necessary precondition for winning a bet is to win the first bet, with the arithmetic first in the chain (Event 1 in the example) and not the first in the time being considered first. Thus, the order of the bets is fixed in the chain by the better with the choice of events. The amount of the bet required for the second bet is deducted from the winnings of the first link in the chain bet, and the remaining money is transferred to the general account of the chain. In the event of a loss of the second bet, the amount required for the third bet will be deducted from the chain. When the chain balance reaches zero, the entire chain bet is lost. On the other hand, if the chain bets are winning, the chain's balance will increase steadily, and the client will eventually receive the entire chain's balance as a win.

Event   The size of the bet     Coefficient     Win     Chain balance
Event 1 3€ 2 6€ 3€
Event 2 3€ 1 4.5€ 4.5€
Event 3 3€ 2 0€ 1.5€
Event 4 3€ 3 9€ 7.5€
Event 5 3€ 1.5 0€ 7.5€

Example (see the table above): As a result of the first event, the total winnings are € 6 because the initial bet is € 3 and the coefficient is 2, of which € 3 is transferred to the chain and € 3 is transferred to the amount required for the next bet. Similarly, with the winnings of the second event, € 1.5 will be transferred to the chain, and € 3 will be transferred for the next bet. Thus, after the second event, there are 4 euros in the final chain. The loss of the third event does not bring extra money into the chain but deducts € 3 from the balance of the chain for the fourth event bet. The win of the fourth event brings € 6 to the balance, and € 3 is transferred to make the bet of the fifth event, which makes the chain balance € 7.5. The loss of the fifth event does not add to the balance of the chain, and therefore € 7.5 is to be paid out, which is the total win of the chain.

9.5. Cash Out

9.5.1. Full cashout

9.5.1.1 Cashout is a feature that allows the client to check the result of their bet and withdraw money before the end of the event. Once a cashout is offered, it is possible to take money out of a bet in part or perform a full cashout. Partial cashout allows you to reduce the amount of the bet and reduce the risks or withdraw the profit already earned.

9.5.1.2 Cashout gives the client the exclusive opportunity to act and pay out the bet without waiting for the game to end. Cashout will be accepted with a delay. If the betting coefficients are changing or the event is locked, cashout will not be available.

9.5.1.3 Money can be withdrawn in both prematch and live betting, both in single and multiple bets, and the client can make a choice between several sports, such as football, tennis, basketball, etc. Olybet does its best to make cashout available, but due to the nature of the game, this may not always be possible.

9.5.1.4 If the client wants to withdraw money, he or she has to click on cashout in the "My bets" section. The possibility of a cashout feature is easy to spot by the green dollar sign. If the client decides in favor of a full cashout, the full amount will be paid out, and events not counted in the bet will no longer affect the ticket. The offered bonus cashout depends on the course of the events of the selected ticket, and the amount may be less than the initial bet amount, i.e., it allows to hedge the risks related to the bet, or higher, i.e., the client can withdraw the already guaranteed profit.

9.5.2. Partial cashout

9.5.2.1 For a partial cashout, you must first click on the "My Bets" button inside the bet slip and then on the "Cashout" button. The Cashout Options window will appear, with the additional option "Partial Cashout". To make a partial cashout, you must first click on it and then enter the amount in numbers in the box or move the slider and select the desired cashout amount. Once the amount is selected, simply click on the «Cashout» button. The remaining amount remains in the game and will be calculated together with the final results of the ticket events.

9.5.3. Automatic cashout

9.5.3.1 Once the bet has been placed, the client can also activate its automatic cashout. This means that if the client wants to withdraw the bet starting from a certain value, the money will be paid out automatically when it is reached or exceeded.

9.5.3.2 To select an automatic cashoutimmediately after clicking on the Cashout button (in the "My Bets" option), click on the 'Auto' icon, select the betting cashout threshold/value and click on «Create Rule». If automatic cashout is set, the "Auto" submenu allows you to follow the rule and overwrite it if necessary. To cancel an active automatic cashout, select the cashout, click on the 'Auto' icon, and cancel the rule. The new automatic cashout rule can be set after canceling the previous one. The automatic cashout of the bet is also canceled if the client decides to withdraw the partial amount of the manual bet in full.

9.5.4. Cashout on PC and mobile device

9.5.4.1 The cashout amounts offered can be tracked in a number ofdifferent ways. If you are using the desktop version of Olybet, you must log in to your game account and select the prematch or Live betting section, respectively. Once logged in, you will find all your cashouts under the bet history in the betslip ("My Bets"). By clicking on "My Bets", you will see all active bets where cashout can be performed and for what amount it is offered.

9.5.4.2 It is also possible to make a cashout from a mobile or tablet computer. To do this, open the menu in the top right corner of the page and select "Pending bets" to see which bet cashout has been offered. You can see the cashoutoption and the amount under the betting information. Clicking on the box will display the betting ID and ask you to confirm the cashout amount.

9.5.5. Cashout Terms and Conditions

9.5.5.1 Money can be withdrawn in both prematch and live betting, both in single and multiple bets, and the client can make a choice between several sports, such as football, tennis, basketball, etc.

9.5.5.2 Cashout will be accepted with a delay. If the betting coefficients are changing or the event is locked, cashout will not be available.

9.5.5.3 If the full or partial cashout was successful, a confirmation message would be displayed. In the event of a full cashout, the bet will also be settled immediately. The actual outcome of the betting event will no longer affect the ticket.

9.5.5.4 The amount of cashout displayed indicates the amount that will be immediately transferred to the gaming account in the event of a successful cashout.

9.5.5.5 If you choose to withdraw all or part of a manual bet, all automatic cashout settings associated with that bet will be canceled.

9.5.5.6 It is not possible to make a full or partial cashout for free bets.

9.5.5.7 Cashout bets do not count towards any bonus or campaign offer redemption obligations.

9.5.5.8 Olybet does not guarantee that the cashout feature will always be available. If cashout is enabled for prematch betting and has not been provided in our Live betting offer at the start of the game, it is not possible to place a cashout for the bet.

9.5.5.9 Olybet reserves the right to partially or completely limit the cashout function for a client or group of clients if there is reason to believe that a client or group of clients is abusing the function by constantly taking advantage of pre-game coefficient changes and withdrawing money from bets before the event.

9.5.5.10 Olybet is not responsible for the lack of a cashout function in the event of a technical failure. The betting is calculated according to the conditions at the time of its acceptance.

9.5.5.11 If the client has set up an automatic cashout, but cashout is not enabled until the end of the event, the betting will be calculated based on the final result of the event.

9.5.5.12 Olybet reserves the right to accept or decline bets for which a cashout function is available for any sport, competition, offer line, or bet type.

9.5.5.13 Olybet reserves the right to change, limit or remove the cashout feature at any time, (regardless of the event selected). All such bets will remain valid and will be calculated in accordance with the terms and conditions in force at the time of placing the bet.

9.5.5.14 Olybet reserves the right to withdraw the calculation of all or part of the cashout if it is established that the betting offer was incorrectly calculated.

9.6. The main options for betting to the results

9.6.1. The victory of the first team - is marked with the symbol "1" in the offer line.

9.6.2. Draw result - is marked with the symbol «Х».

9.6.3. The victory of the second team is marked with the symbol "2".

9.6.4. The victory of the first team or a draw is marked with the symbol "1X". To win a bet with this result, it is necessary that the first team wins or the game ends in a draw.

9.6.5. The victory of the first team or the victory of the second team - is marked with the symbol "12". To win a bet with this result, it is necessary that the first or second-team wins.

9.6.6. The victory of the second team or draw is marked with the symbol «Х2». To win a bet with this result, the second team's victory or draw is required.

9.6.7. Match Result - The result of the normal time of the game, where there are three betting options "1", "2" and "X". When making this choice, the bet does not participate in the calculation of extra time, bullets, penalties, etc., therefore all bets made on options "1" and "2" have been lost in the event of a tie in normal time.

9.6.8. (Money Line/Match Winner/Winner of the Match) - The bet takes into accountthe final result of the game, including extra time, bullets, penalties, etc. Therefore, the line of this selection contains only "1" and "2", but there is no option "X", because the selection given with a normal time draw does not yet achieve its result.

9.6.9. Handicap betting - the victory of a participant in a competition, taking into account the handicaps. Handicaps are awarded alongside the winning coefficients on the offer line side by side: "Handicap 1" "Coefficient 1". Handicap - is the advantage given by the organizer to the participants in the competition in goals/points/sets/seconds, etc. The handicap can be positive, negative, or zero.

9.6.9.1 Handicaps awarded to competitors will be added to the corresponding result achieved by the competitor in the competition. If the result is chosen in favor of the competitor, he or she will be considered the winner, and the handicap bet on his or her victory will be considered the winner. If the result is in favor of the opposing party, the bet is lost. If the result obtained considering a handicap is a draw, then the winning coefficient for such a result is "1" (in the case of a handicap without a draw).

Example: if the handicap is +3.5 points for the home team and - 3.5 for the away team and the final score is 76 - 79, then the result is calculated as a single operation according to the handicap value, either 76 + 3.5 = 79.5 and 79.5> 79, then the bet is winning), or 79 - 3.5 = 75.5 and 75.5 2.6.9.2 Traditional handicapped draws. Betting on winnings or total scores with a handicap is expressed as an integer range, such as 0, 1, 2, and so on. The bettor has the option to choose between three options, whether to bet on a favorite, such as the Home Team (-1), a Draw with a Handicap (-1 / + 1), or the Away Team (+1).

Example: if the handicap for the home team is (+1), the player bets on the away team's victory (-1) and the game results in the away team's win 1: 2, the bet is lost because considering the handicap, the game was a draw: 2+(-1)=1 and 1=1, so the correct choice would have been X (+1/-1).

9.6.9.3 Asian handicaps. Bet on a win or total score with a handicap in the 0th range. Such bets are calculated as two bets with half the sum: each of the two bets has the same coefficient, and one of the bets is an integer handicap and a total sum such as 0, 1, 2, and so on. The other half of the bet consists of so-called half handicaps and totals, and they are 0.5, 1.5, 2.5, etc., where the "half" must be immediately next to the "integer", for example, the Asian handicap -0.75 consists of bets on handicaps -1 and - 0.5.

If the Asian handicap is included in a multiple or system bet, it will be calculated with the same coefficient as would have been the case for a single bet. If both Asian handicap bets win, the winning amount will be refunded based on the coefficient shown on the ticket, for example, 1.85 x 50 euros. However, if only one side wins, for example, the handicap for a bet of +0, and the final score remains 0-0, the money for the +0 bet will be refunded with the coefficient "1" and the other half of the bet will be multiplied by the coefficient shown on the ticket. Thus, the final result is a return on half a bet for handicap +0 in the amount of 25 euros and a win for a handicap +0.5 in the amount of 1.85 x 25 euros, a total of 71.25 euros. If both regular bets are lost, the entire bet is considered lost.

The team     Asian handicap     Coefficient
Real H=-0.25 (H1=0; H2= -0.5) 2.0
Barcelona H=+0.25 (H=0; H2= +0.5) 1.8

Example 1: if a € 200 bet is made on Real and Real wins: two regular bets win half the amount, and the winning amount is 100 x 2.0 + 100 x 2.0 = 400 euros.

Example 2: If the game ends in a draw: one regular bet loses by half, and the other wins with a coefficient of «1» and the winning amount is 100 x 0.0 + 100 x 1.0 = 100 euros.

Example 3: In case of the loss of Real: two regular bets lost half the amount, and the winning amount is 100 x 0.0 + 100 x 0.0 = 0 euros.

Example 4: If a bet of € 200 is made on Barcelona and Barcelona wins: two regular bets win half the amount, and the winning amount is 100 x 1.8 + 100 x 1.8 = 360 euros.

Example 5: If the € 200 bet was made on a Barcelona win and the game ends in a draw: one regular bet lost half the amount, and the other won with a coefficient "1" and the winning amount is 100 x 1.8 + 100 x 1.0 = 280 euros.

Example 6: In the case of the loss of Barcelona: two regular bets lost half the amount, and the winning amount is 100 x 0.0 + 100 x 0.0 = 0 euros.

9.6.10. Totals - bets on the total amount of goals/points/games, etc., i.e., the total score scored/earned/collected by the participant in the competition. In the line of the offer, it is marked with the term «total» in terms of compactness. To win this, you need to guess whether the total amount will be higher or lower than the total amount proposed on the line (in some cases, the total amount proposed exactly). According to these rules, the normal time of the game is taken into account when determining the result, unless otherwise stated in the offer line.

9.6.10.1 For totals, two types of betting are offered: with two possible outcomes (under or over) or with three outcomes (under, over, or equal to). If in the first variant the result coincides with the total amount offered by the organizer, then the winning coefficient for both the clients predicted "over" and "under" will be "1". If a bet is placed on the total amount with three possible results and the result exactly matches the total amount offered on the line, then both "over" and "under" bets will be considered lost and "equal" bets will be considered won.

9.6.10.2 Asian handicap-style double bets are also offered for the total amount shown in 0 ranges instead of 0.5 (e.g., 2.25, 2.75, 3.25, etc.). Such a bet is treated as two (regular) bets with the same coefficient and the closest total normal value (T1 = T - 0.25, T2 = T + 0.25). The amount of each regular bet is half the total amount of the double bet.

Example: Bet 1. Let the bet be "Over 2.25" in a goal game, the coefficient is 1.8, and the bet is 200 euros. If two goals are scored in the game, the winnings are calculated as follows: One of the two regular bets (Over 2) is returned with a coefficient of "1" and the other (Over 2.5) is lost. The winning amount is 100 x 1.0 + 100 x 0 = 100 euros.

Bet 2. Let the bet be over 2.75 in a goal game, the coefficient is 1.8 and the bet is 200 euros. If three goals are scored in the game, the winnings are calculated as follows: One of the two regular bets (Over 3) won with a coefficient of "1" and the other (Over 2.5) won with a offered coefficient and will be paid out. The winning amount is 100 x 1.0 + 100 x 1.8 = 280 euros.

Bet 3. Let the bet be "Over 2.25" in a goal game, the coefficient is 1.8, and the bet is 200 euros. If three goals are scored in the game, the winnings are calculated as follows: One of the two regular bets (Over 2) won with a coefficient of 1.8, and the other (Over 2.5) also won with a coefficient of 1.8 and is paid out. The winning amount is 100 x 1.8 + 100 x 1.8 = 360 euros.

9.6.11. Gaming score The exact final score of the game after the end of normal time.

9.6.12. First half/Full game result. Prediction of the result of the first half and the whole game. The following notation is used in the offer line: W - win, D - draw. In first place is the result of the first half and in second place is the result of the whole game. Example: W2W1 means that the team marked second wins the first half and the team marked first wins the entire game. In total, the following 9 options are possible: W1W1, W1D, W1W2, DW1, DD, DW2, W2W1, W2D, W2W2.

9.6.13. Betting to the productivity of each period (quarter, third, set, etc.) (when the most goals are scored, points are scored, etc.). Betting predicts which periods (quarters, thirds, sets, etc.) will be more productive or which ones will be equally productive.

9.6.14. Score by half times (or other periods). The corresponding columns are in the format indicated in the bet: 2: 0, 3: 0, 3: 1, etc.

9.6.15. Goal scoring method (free kick, penalty, header, own goal, other shot). A "From a free kick" bet is considered won if the ball is hit directly into the goal by a free kick. "From a penalty kick" bet is considered won if the goal is scored directly from the penalty kick, only the first penalty shot that cannot be blocked by the goalkeeper will count. A bet by "By a header" is considered winning if the goal is hit by the player's head. Own goal bet is considered to be won if an own goal is recorded (if the player hits the ball into his or her own goal). The following goals do not count in the "From a kick" bet: "Free kick", "Penalty", "Header", "Own goal".

9.6.16. Will be a double. This bet is considered won if any player from the two teams scores at least two goals in the game.

9.6.17. Will be a hattrick. This bet is considered won if any player from the two teams scores at least three goals in the game.

9.6.18. Will be four goals. This bet is considered won if any player from two teams scores at least four goals in a given game.

9.6.19. Home Team - Away Team win taking into account handicaps. The win is determined by the difference between the goals (points) collected by the home and away team, taking into account handicaps. Betting on draws, the home team wins, and away team wins on a single day or the entire tournament.

9.6.20. Even/Odd - bet on an even or odd "total" number (e.g., number of goals, cards, errors, etc.). If the status is "0" at the end of the event, it is counted as an even number and the bet on an "even total number" wins.

9.6.21. Participant's final result. In such betting, it is necessary to guess what stage the participant will reach in the competition (e.g., final, 1/8 final, quarter-final, semi-final, etc.), what will be his or he final place in the competition (group, subgroup, etc.) or whether he or she will reach the next level or not. Should the progress of any participant to the next level be canceled in the future for any reason, this will not be taken into account, and the payout will be based on the results of the competition that took place.

9.6.22. Advances to the next level will stand if participants play against each other several times, and the order of the games is changed with the home-court advantage. If one of the games has not taken place, has been interrupted, or if the result of the first game has been changed, the progress is determinedon the basis of the actual progress of the team (participant) to the next level. If no match has taken place, the coefficient of winning such bets will be "1".

9.6.23. Achieved/Unachieved result. The bet wins or loses, depending on the result achieved or not achieved (unless otherwise stated in the offer line). Example: The tennis player gave up further competitions after the 1/8 final due to injury. In this case, the bet made on his/her winning the tournament has been lost, but the bet made on him/her reaching the 1/8 final has won.

9.6.24. The organizer may also offer other types of betting.

If the coefficient is higher than 1000, the coefficient on which the payout is based is considered to be 1000. 9.15.6. The game is considered to have taken place if at least 5 innings have been played (4 rounds if the game is led by the home team).

9.15.7. The team that scores the most base points after the last round played is considered the winner (unless the home team leads and the game is interrupted in the first half of the round, i.e., in the top, in which case the home team is considered the winner). If the game is interrupted or stopped before the aforementioned time, all bets on this event will be refunded with the coefficient "1". Results that have already been determined by the time the game is interrupted or suspended are the basis for calculating the respective bets.

9.15.8. This rule applies to all bets unless otherwise stated.

9.15.9. The exceptions are:

9.15.9.1 "Live betting" - The game must be played for bets to stand. 9.15.9.3 Home-Away Principle (Home / Away Team) - Only games that take place on the same day as specified in a specific offer will participate in betting. Bets will be refunded with the coefficient "1" if less than 8 ½ - 9 rounds have been played in the match. Betting is calculated on the basis of the sum of the runs of the home and away teams. If the sum of the (base) runs is equal to what is offered in the bet, then all bets on the given offer will be returned with the coefficient "1".

9.15.10. The following types of betting are offered for baseball:

9.15.10.1 Game Winner - Bets on the game winner will be accepted for the duration of the game with extra innings.

9.15.10.4 Bets are calculated based on the result of 8 ½ - 9 rounds. If the game takes extra time to determine the winner (extra rounds), bets will be settled according to the final official result of the game. If the game ends before the above-mentioned time, bets will be refunded with the coefficient "1".

Exception: Bets stand if the game is abandoned by a very high difference of score between the two teams.

9.15.10.5 If the final status of a game with a handicap is in the draw, the bet will be refunded with the coefficient "1" (the round for which the bet was placed is not important).

9.15.10.6 Team Runs: Over/Under - Bets are accepted on the number of runs scored by the team specified in the betting line. Bets are calculated based on the result of 8 ½ - 9 rounds. If the game takes extra time to determine the winner (extra rounds), bets will be settled according to the final official result of the game. 9.33.4. The signal signaling the pilot's warm-up lap is counted as the start of the race.

9.33.6.1 Race winner - The pilot who is in first place according to the final race protocol is considered the winner of the race. 9.33.6.2 Coming to the podium - The bet predicts the top three of the competition, i.e., the athletes who will make it to the podium. If one of the pilots interrupts the race, but the other completes the race successfully, the bet in favor of the pilot who has crossed the finish line will be considered the winner. If a pilot completes more laps but is then disqualified, bets on the pilot who has completed fewer laps (even if only 1 lap was completed) will be considered winning. Bets will be returned with a coefficient "1" if the pilot mentioned in the offer line did not line up in the starting position. All bets will be settled according to the official race protocol. If another horse is removed after the opening of the new odds market, additional deductions will be made from the winnings of the bets made on the initial offer line according to the price of the removed horse (s) on the original market.

9.39.1.5 Deductions will be made from the new betting offer at the current price.

9.39.2. Acceptance and calculation of bets:

9.39.2.1 Horse racing bets are accepted according to the rules set by the Jockey Club and the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board (IHRB). Bets on horse races will be settled according to the official results of the race. In the horse racing of Great Britain and Ireland, a "Race-place bet" is offered, where the winnings are paid out both on the basis of the official racing protocol and according to which of the horses is the first to cross the finish line (first past the post). This rule applies to single bets on the "Racing Winner", multiple bets, and long-term bets. There are no restrictions on this type of betting.

9.39.2.2 The exceptions are the following bets: Grand National; Long-term betting (AntePost); Canceled races (walkover); a bet made on a horse who has won the wrong track; the selection declared the winner due to the judge's error; a bet made on a horse whose rider did not fit within the weight limit or was not weighed; Favorite betting; 2 horse races

9.39.2.3 Changes in the results after weighing (e.g., a satisfied appeal) do not affect the betting calculation.

9.39.2.4 Bets will be accepted for the same day race unless otherwise stated in the offer line.

9.39.2.5 However, some exceptions are allowed. For example, betting cards for Sunday's race are prepared and printed as early as Saturday.

9.39.2.6 All UK and Irish horse racing bets will be accepted and calculated based on the starting price (SP). The start coefficient is offered just before the start of the race. If Olybet SP or SP announced by the broker companies is returned, bets (except in cases with open, long-term, and fixed coefficient cases) will be calculated according to this price. If the SP is not returned and no open, long-term, or fixed coefficients have been given, the bet will be calculated according to the last transfer.

9.39.3. Favorite bets:

9.39.3.1 The favorite is the horse to whom bets are offered with the lowest coefficient. "Favorite" bets with a starting price are accepted in horse races and sighthound races (other events and board prices are not taken into account). If Olybet SP or SP announced by the broker companies is returned, bets will be calculated on the basis of the transfer at that price. If a bet is placed on a horse that has not been offered as a favorite, the betting will be calculated in accordance with clause 9.39.2 of these rules.

9.39.3.2 If a "Favorite" bet has been accepted, but two or more horses start the race with the lowest coefficient, the amount of the accepted bet will be divided proportionally between all favorites. For example, if two horses participate in a race with the same and lowest betting coefficient, then those horses are compound favorites 1-2 and the horse with the next largest coefficient is the 3rd favorite of the race.

9.39.3.3 Individual bets on the favorite of the race will be refunded with the coefficient "1", if the winning amount of the bet is equal to or less than the price of concluding the bet. Example: 1/1 composite favorite, 3/1 composite favorite of four, and so on. In the event of such a situation in the accumulated betting, the betting will be calculated on the principle of "The horse did not participate in the race".

9.39.3.4 In the horse race "Winner" and "Victory-place bets” are accepted on the first and second favorites.

9.39.3.5 If the horse has been removed from the race (not by the decision of the starting judge) but has nevertheless remained the favorite, then all bets will be refunded with the coefficient "1". Bets are not transferred to another favorite.

9.39.4. Open coefficients:

9.39.4.1 Open coefficients are coefficients valid before the start of the event.

9.39.4.2 Coefficients for events and races are variable.

9.39.4.3 If the client wishes to place a bet with open or fixed coefficient, he/she must determine the coefficient of the chosen bet.

9.39.4.4 If a horse has been removed and Tattersalls Betting Rule 4 has been applied, no open coefficients may be placed on any bet after removal. Exception: after the removal of the horse, a new market for coefficients is open.

9.39.4.5 Long-term betting with an open or fixed coefficient governed by Olybet's rules of betting with the start price. The calculation is based on the number of horses starting the race, not on the number of horses proposed at the time of publication of the coefficient market.

9.39.4.6 With an open coefficients, we offer registered and numbered bets on races of 2 or more horses.

9.39.4.7 If the client enters into a bet with an open or fixed coefficient of his / her choice, the respective coefficient will be considered as the basis for the calculation of the events in the ticket throughout.

9.39.4.8 If in long-term bets the horse is removed before taking the starting position, the bets will be returned to the offer of the given horse. However, deductions will be made from the starting price of other bets accepted for the same race in accordance with Rule 4 of the Tattersalls bets and will be based on the coefficient in force at the time the horse was removed. If, despite the non-participating horse, a new market has been opened for betting, the deduction will be made on the original offer market according to the last coefficient stated for the removed horse.
