The final draw takes place on Monday 13^th November 2017. Winners will be notified via e-mail by 18:00 Tuesday 14^th November 2017.

The Phantom of the Opera Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all players who can lawfully place real-money wagers on OlyBet’s website and are aged 21 years or over (“Players”).
GMT time zone applies to all times stated in these terms and conditions for the Promotion (the “Terms and Conditions”)
The Promotion will commence at the time the game is deployed on OlyBet’s website on Wednesday 1st November 2017 and will run until the time the Prizes (as defined below) are awarded (the “Promotion Period”).
The Phantom of the Opera™ brand and all associated intellectual property rights (“Phantom IP”) and all goodwill associated therewith, is and will at all times remain the property of the Really Useful Group, and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Licensing Parties”). The Licensing Parties are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion, the collection of entries, conduct of draws, or the fulfillment of prizing. Any questions you have regarding the Promotion should be directed to OlyBet and not to the Licensing Parties.
The following prizes are available to be won by Players (collectively, the “Prizes”):
5.1 Main Draw Prizes:
5.1.1 1 x Trip to London ("Trip to London") worth up to a value of €2,500, which comprises (subject to availability):

5.1.2 Cash prizes worth €25,000 (collectively, the “Cash Prizes”), as follows:

5.1.2.2 5 x cash prizes worth €1,000 each,
5.1.2.3 10 x cash prizes worth €500 each,
5.1.2.4 50 x cash prizes worth €100 each, and
5.1.2.5 100 x cash prizes worth €50 each.
5.1.3 The Trip to London and Cash Prizes are, collectively, the "Main Draw Prizes".
5.2 Cash Drop Prizes:
5.2.1 20 x cash prizes worth €25 each ("Cash Drop 1 Prizes").
5.2.2 30 x cash prizes worth €25 each ("Cash Drop 2 Prizes").
5.2.3 50 x cash prizes worth €25 each ("Cash Drop 3 Prizes").
5.2.4 The Cash Drop 1 Prizes, the Cash Drop 2 Prizes and the Cash Drop 3 Prizes are, collectively, the "Cash Drop Prizes".
The Prizes are subject to availability. OlyBet reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for another of similar kind or value without giving notice. The Prizes are nonexchangeable and non-transferrable. However, should the Winner of the Trip to London request a cash alternative, OlyBet will, in its sole discretion, offer a cash amount up to the value of €1,500 to the Winner as a cash alternative for the Trip to London.
A Player can enter the Promotion (“Entry”) during the Entry Period, as follows:
7.1 Main Draw Prizes.
7.1.1 For every accumulated €20 real money wager placed by a Player on The Phantom of the OperaTM Online Slot during the Entry Period, the Player will receive one automatic entry into the Promotion for a chance to win one of the Main Draw Prizes (which, for clarity, are the Trip to London and the Cash Prizes).
7.1.2 There is no limit to the number of times a Player can enter the Promotion to win the Main Draw Prizes.
7.1.3 The winning Entries for the Main Draw Prizes shall be selected at random and the Main Draw Prizes draw shall take place on Monday 13th November 2017.
7.2 Cash Drop Prizes.
7.2.1 Cash Drop 1 Prizes. One minimum currency real money wager placed by a Player on The Phantom of the OperaTM Online Slot on the 1st and 2nd November 2017, gives the Player one automatic entry into the Promotion for a chance to win one of the Cash Drop 1 Prizes. Players may have a maximum of one entry each for this draw. The winning Entries for the Cash Drop 1 Prizes shall be selected at random and the draw shall take place on Friday 3rd November 2017.
7.2.2 Cash Drop 2 Prizes. One minimum currency real money wager placed by a Player on The Phantom of the Opera™ Online Slot on the 3rd, 4^th and 5^th November 2017, gives a Player one automatic entry into the Promotion for a chance to win one of the Cash Drop 2 Prizes. Players may have a maximum of one entry each for this draw. The winning Entries for the Cash Drop 2 Prizes shall be selected at random and the draw shall take place on Monday 6th November 2017.
7.2.3 Cash Drop 3 Prizes. One minimum currency real money wager placed by a Player on The Phantom of the Opera™ Online Slot on the 6th,, 7th, 8th and 9th November 2017, gives a Player one automatic entry into the Promotion for a chance to win one of the Cash Drop 3 Prizes. Players may have a maximum of one entry each for this draw. The winning Entries for the Cash Drop 3 Prizes shall be selected at random and the draw shall take place on Friday 10th November 2017.
7.3 For clarity, each accumulated €20 wagered on The Phantom of the OperaTM Online Slot during the Entry Period gives the Player an automatic entry to win one of the Main Draw Prizes, as well as an entry to win one of the Cash Drop Prizes, with the latter depending on the date the wagers are placed, as set out in paragraph 7.2 above.
Once the winning Entries have been selected at random, the winners shall be notified as follows:
8.1 The Main Draw Prizes. The draw shall take place on Monday 13 November 2017. By no later than 18:00 on Tuesday 14 November 2017, the Players who have won Main Draw Prizes (“Main Draw Winners”) will be notified by OlyBet of the win. In order to claim their Main Draw Prize, each Main Draw Winner must notify OlyBet that they accept the Main Draw Prize within 48 hours of being notified by OlyBet of their win. If the Main Draw Winner fails to claim the Main Draw Prize within these time frames, OlyBet will randomly select a new Main Draw Winner at its sole discretion. OlyBet will carry out up to a maximum of 3 re-draws. If issuing a Main Draw Prize after 3 re-draws is not possible, OlyBet reserves the right to close the Main Draw Prizes of the Promotion.
8.2 The Cash Drop Prizes. will be drawn as follows:
8.2.1 Cash Drop 1 Prizes will be drawn on Friday 3rd November. By no later than 18:00 on Friday 3rd November 2017, the Players who have won the Cash Drop 1 Prizes (“Cash Drop 1 Winners”) will be notified by OlyBet of the win.
8.2.2 Cash Drop 2 Prizes will be drawn on Monday 6th November. By no later than 18:00 on Monday 6th November 2017, the Players who have won the Cash Drop 2 Prizes (“Cash Drop 2 Winners”) will be notified by OlyBet of the win.
8.2.3 Cash Drop 3 Prizes will be drawn on Friday 10th November. By no later than 18:00 on Friday 10th November 2017, the Players who have won the Cash Drop 3 Prizes (“Cash Drop 3 Winners”) will be notified by OlyBet of the win.
8.3 The Cash Drop 1 Winners, Cash Drop 2 Winners and Cash Drop 3 Winners are collectively the “Cash Drop Winners”. In order to claim their Cash Drop Prizes, each Cash Drop Winner must notify OlyBet that they accept the Cash Drop Prize within 48 hours of being notified of their win. There will be no re-draws made for Cash Drop Prizes.
Once the Winners have accepted all the Prizes, the Promotion will close and no further draws will be made.
The decision of OlyBet regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when they submit an Entry to enter the Promotion. OlyBet reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
OlyBet reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
OlyBet, its licensor and the Licensing Parties are not responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Player entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any Prize. Winners and Players agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless OlyBet, its licensor and the Licensing Parties from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize offered, or participation in this Promotion.
The Winners may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Promotion. This may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media. OlyBet and/ or its licensor may use any Entry for marketing or promotional purposes on its website(s) and social media channels during the Promotion Period and for a reasonable time afterwards. By submitting an Entry, each entrant:
14.1 grants OlyBet and its licensor exclusive permission to use any content therein (which may include the entrant’s name, image and likeness) throughout the world in all and any media (the "Specified Purposes");
14.2 does not object to OlyBet and its licensor storing copies of the Entry, in whole or part, for the Specified Purposes or storing the entrant’s contact details for the sole purpose of contacting the Winner(s); or transferring part or all of the Entry and the contact details to a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular the Isle of Man, for the purposes set out in this paragraph 14 only;
14.3 acknowledges that OlyBet and its licensor shall be under no obligation to use any part of the Entry and that the entrant shall not be entitled to receive any proceeds that may be derived from the Entry.
