How to participate?

The wagering must take place during the campaign period from Wednesday 11 October 2017 (00:01 GMT) to Tuesday 24 October 2017 (23:59 GMT).

Prizes are:

The final draw will take place on Wednesday 25 October 2017. Winners will be notified personally via e-mail by 18:00, 26 October 2017.

Terms and Conditions

The October “Trick or Treat” (the “Promotion”) is open to all players who can lawfully place real-money wagers on OlyBet’s website and are aged 21 years or over (“Players”).
GMT time zone applies to all times stated in these terms and conditions for the Promotion (the “Terms and Conditions”).
The Promotion will commence at 00:01 on Wednesday 11 October 2017 and will run until the time the Prizes (as defined below) are awarded (the “Promotion Period”).
The Halloween™ brand and all associated intellectual property rights (“Halloween IP”) and all goodwill associated therewith, is and will at all times remain the property of Compass International Pictures, represented by Creative Licensing Corporation, and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Licensing Parties”). The Licensing Parties are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion, the collection of entries, conduct of draws, or the fulfilment of prizing. Any questions you have regarding the Promotion should be directed to OlyBet and not to the Licensing Parties.
The following prizes are available to be won by Players (collectively, the “Prizes”):
5.1 1 x cash prize worth €2,000,
5.2 3 x cash prizes worth €1,000 each,
5.3 10 x cash prizes worth €500 each,
5.4 20 x cash prizes worth €250 each, and
5.5 50 x cash prizes worth €100 each.
The Prizes are subject to availability. OlyBet reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for another of similar kind or value without giving notice. The Prizes are nonexchangeable and non-transferrable.
A Player can enter the Promotion (“Entry”) during the period between 00:01 Wednesday 11 October 2017 and 23:59 on Tuesday 24 October 2017 (the “Entry Period”), as follows:
7.1 For every accumulated €20 real money wager placed by a Player on the HalloweenTM Online Slot during the Entry Period, the Player will receive two automatic entries into the Promotion for a chance to win one of the Prizes.
7.2 For every accumulated €20 real money wager placed by a Player on the Lost Vegas or Beautiful Bones slots during the Entry Period, the Player will receive one automatic entry into the Promotion for a chance to win one of the Prizes.
There is no limit to the number of times a Player can enter the Promotion.
The winning Entries shall be selected at random and the Prize draw shall take place on Wednesday 25 October 2017.
By no later than 18:00 on Thursday, 26 October 2017, the Players have won Prizes (“Winners”) will be notified by OlyBet (the “Notification”). In order to claim their Prize, each Winner must notify the OlyBet that they accept the Prize within 48 hours of the notification. If the Winner fails to claim the Prize within these time frames, OlyBet will randomly select a new Winner at its sole discretion. OlyBet will carry out up to a maximum of 3 re-draws. If issuing a Prize after 3 re-draws is not possible, OlyBet reserves the right to close the Promotion.
Once the Winners have accepted all the Prizes, the Promotion will close and no further draws will be made.
The decision of OlyBet regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when they submit an Entry to enter the Promotion. OlyBet reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
OlyBet reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
OlyBet, its licensor and the Licensing Parties are not responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Player entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any Prize. Winners and Players agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless OlyBet, its licensor and the Licensing Parties from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize offered, or participation in this Promotion.
The Winners may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Promotion. This may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media. OlyBet may use any Entry for marketing or promotional purposes on its website(s) and social media channels during the Promotion Period and for a reasonable time afterwards. By submitting an Entry, each Player:
16.1 grants OlyBet and its licensor exclusive permission to use any content therein (which may include the entrant’s name, image and likeness) throughout the world in all and any media (the "Specified Purposes");
16.2 does not object to OlyBet and its licensor storing copies of the Entry, in whole or part, for the Specified Purposes or storing the entrant’s contact details for the sole purpose of contacting the Winner(s); or transferring part or all of the Entry and the contact details to a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular the Isle of Man, for the purposes set out in this paragraph 16 only;
16.3 acknowledges that OlyBet shall be under no obligation to use any part of the Entry and that the entrant shall not be entitled to receive any proceeds that may be derived from the Entry.
The availability of this Promotion should not be construed as an offer or invitation to use the Promotion in any country or jurisdiction where such use is not permitted.
It is the Player’s responsibility to ensure that it is legal for them to take part in the Promotion in whichever jurisdiction they are placing real money wagers on OlyBet’s websites.
