14. The winners will be selected in a random draw (one for each week) to be conducted from all valid entries received by PromoVeritas Ltd, the independent promotional verification service, for draw dates see table in clause 1.

15. Winners will be contacted via email and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within the 14 days of initial contact, OlyBet reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternate entrant selected in the same manner.

16. Players may win more than one prize, because winning is based on the amount of stakes wagered across qualifying slots games, not per person or per player account.

17. Prize payments will be made to the winners’ account within 5 working days of the draw date.

18. In the event that a winners’ account has been closed (by the player or OlyBet) prior to the award of the prize, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner via email or other method. Those failing to respond to such notification within 14 days’ risk disqualification and the award of the Prize to an alternate entrant.  

19. In the event that a winners’ account is in debt or dispute (by the player or OlyBet) prior to the award of the prize, OlyBet reserves the right to pay the Prize award less any amount owed by the player.

20. In the event that a winners’ account is deemed to be ineligible (for example found to be under age, or invalid id or verification), OlyBet reserves the right to withhold payment of the Prize and if necessary award the Prize to an alternate entrant.

21. There is no alternative to any cash prize offered in whole or part and withdrawal of prize payments can only be made in accordance with the general terms and conditions of OlyBet. See General T&C. 

22. No responsibility is accepted for game plays or stakes lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission for any reason.

23. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of OlyBet and which prevents OlyBet from complying with these terms and conditions OlyBet will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

24. The winners are liable for any relevant taxes applicable in order to legally claim their Prize.

25. OlyBet cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize. Nothing shall exclude the OlyBet’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

26. Data Protection: Your personal details will be kept confidential at all times and in accordance with relevant Data Protection laws and best practice. OlyBet will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.

27. OlyBet’s decision in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
